Week 12 Defense of Mandriun Epslion (Space Wolves & Astra Militarum vs Necrons & Blood Angels)

Kjall Fellhammer stands with Commander Myrick overlooking the combined forces of the Rout and the assembled forces of the 419th before the final assault on the active Dolman gates. 'So are you ready to fight with the Rout lad? Ready your guns and bring the fire of the All-Father on them while we hold them back for as long as we can.' Myrick looks up towards the Space Wolf Captain, 'We will do what the guard is known for Captain, being the hammer to the anvil and bringing death to the Emperor's enemies'.

As the battle commenced the 419th and Space Wolves were surprised by the presence of Blood Angels working with the necrons, seemingly being led by them. Though not deterred by this new revelation to the battle, Captain Kjarl and Commander Myrick led their forces to engage the enemy while planting explosives to disable the Dolman gates on Mandriun Epslion. The battle proved fierce which showed high casualties on the side of the dogs of the false emperor and the mind-shackled blood angels while the Necrons remained more numerous. Though with the courage of the guard and the covert expertise of the space wolves infiltrators the Dolman gates were destroyed and the day was won.

'Aye lad that was a great fight, the All-Father looked upon us today.' said Kjarl to Commander Myrrick as both were being looked after by the apothecaries and medical staff after taking injuries. Bring out the ale brothers, let us show our mortal brothers how we feast!'.
