Week 9 Report - Imperial Guard vs Chaos Knights (Kevin)

*WARNING: INCOMING TRANSMISSION: STATUS REPORT FROM THE PROXION SECTOR*

"Commander Myrick reporting in from the Proxion Sector. We just encountered stiff resistance from some Chaos Knights. I didn't think that Chaos could've expanded this far into the region so quickly.

By the throne, I'm surprised that we survived this fight. Most of our weaponry just bounced off their armor, even with some of our bigger guns. The knights brought our strike force to less than half-strength by the end of the battle, with our left flank completely collapsing from their firepower. Our Banesword was the only thing that really had enough stopping power to slow down their advance. After the smoke cleared, all the knights but one Wardog were felled by imperial guns.

We've survived to fight another day, and in the Emperor's name, we shall continue to push forward. Myrick out..."
